Where FiTurtle Stood
FiTurtle sold customized workout and nutrition plans. Word-of-mouth was decent offline, but online there was no sustained chatter, no journey from Instagram to email to paid, and fewer than 500 followers.
The Mission
Build a community around everyday wellness—use repeatable micro-formats and challenges to move people from viewing to doing, and into an email-nurtured path to trial and subscription.
What I Rolled Out
1) Community-First Micro-Stories
#TurtleTransformation 30-second member wins, repurposed as carousel tips to compound reach and saves.
2) Health-Hack Mini-Series
“60-Second Stretch” vertical videos twice a week, with matching Canva infographics for quick education and shareability.
3) Gamified Challenges
30-day Plank and Hydration challenges with downloadable, printable trackers gated by email. Cost per lead held under ₹35.
4) Always-On Listening & Fast Replies
Hootsuite Streams tracked pain-points/keywords; we answered with GIF replies, micro-tips, and “thanks + free ebook” DMs to nudge trial sign-ups.
