As Swaha Products is a leading retailer of handmade organic products, both founders identified that it was time to improve their digital landscape and promote in-store orders from the customers.
The mission was to be the first in the region to offer handmade organic candles and diyas and limit indirect orders through Amazon.
Considerable time was spent mapping the visitor analytics on the Shopify store and Amazon store. This helped us in digging out the reason for lower sales conversion rate on the store over Amazon and implement a diverse campaign to ensure increased order rates on the store.
How it went
As a result, It turned out to the most profitable month of the year; because customers didn’t just visit the page, they spent money on buying products.
There was an increase in overall store visits in the months following the event, along with a huge jump in sales over the previous month.
