Swaha Products is a leading retailer of handmade organic products. The company’s mission is to be the first in the region to offer handmade organic candles and diyas and limit indirect orders through Amazon.

To achieve this goal, the company’s founders identified that it was time to improve their digital landscape and promote in-store orders from customers. We spent considerable time mapping the visitor analytics on their Shopify store and Amazon store. This helped us to identify the reasons for the lower sales conversion rate on the Shopify store.

We implemented a diverse campaign to ensure increased order rates on the Shopify store. This campaign included the following elements:

  • Improved product descriptions: We improved the product descriptions on their Shopify store to make them more informative and engaging. They also added more high-quality photos and videos of the products.
  • Free shipping: We offered free shipping on all orders over $50. This made it more affordable for customers to order from the Shopify store.
  • Clear call to action: We added a clear call to action to their Shopify store. This encouraged customers to make a purchase.
  • Social media marketing: We used social media marketing to promote their Shopify store. They created engaging content and ran targeted ads.



How it went

Our efforts to increase sales on its Shopify store were successful. In the month following the event, the sales conversion rate increased by 20%. This means that for every 100 people who visited the store, 20 of them made a purchase. The company also saw a 15% increase in in-store orders. 

The increase in sales was not just due to people visiting the store. The company also ran a number of marketing campaigns to promote the store. These campaigns included social media ads, email marketing, and print advertising. 

Our efforts were successful in increasing sales. In the months following the event, the company saw an increase in overall store visits.
